ATTENTION DISTANCE RUNNERS! Essex Pilates and Yoga now
has a running group that meets on Sundays at 9:30am for group runs and
training. All are welcome and we will break up into to time appropriate
groups if need be. Please join us!

We are pleased to welcome our new Yoga instructor, KATE NOVACK.
Kate is a WITS Certified Personal Trainer and Sierra Bender Wholistic Yoga Therapy Instructor. Relating to the Kripalu master lineage, Kate has studied with Cynthia Conlon, Jeff Migdow, Amrit & Kamini Desai and assists Sierra Bender. Spiritually, Kate is a humble
student of The Condor Eagle union. She is attuned with and respects traditions of the elders of North American and South American natives. She brings a light, open heart to the mat. Class times are Tuesdays at 10:30am & Fridays at 10am.

LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE? - NEW CLASS: F.I.T. "Functional Interval Training" with Joe Fay on Tuesdays at 9am, Wednesdays at 5:30pm, and Thursdays at 11:30am. EARN YOUR LUNCH! "FIT" combines functional training, cardio, kettle bell work, stretching, and much more. It is endurance building, fat burning, and very challenging. This is not a beginner class. Reservations required.
